Magneto Privacy Notice
Magneto is being built as an atomized CRM and identity graph. The current starter surface is narrow, but the system is designed to connect messages, content interactions, calls, pipeline moves, and revenue signals.
What we collect
- First name, last name, email, website, phone, and profile notes when you save your operator account.
- Product interaction events such as record opens, filter changes, import actions, and view changes.
- Imported CRM-linked data atoms from connected systems such as Messenger, Facebook content, ActiveCampaign, and Calendly.
- Basic auth and session data handled by the shared RESRVD auth service.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage access, connect cross-source identity signals, support operator workflows, and improve how leads, clients, and revenue activity are resolved over time.
Storage and processors
The current build runs on RESRVD infrastructure with a shared auth service. Canonical CRM data is expected to live in Postgres, while semantic and graph retrieval layers may be rebuilt from derived atoms in systems such as Qdrant.
